Are you still open, and can I contact you?

Following government guidelines, we have adopted best practices for staffing, material handling, and social distancing. This may cause slight delays in order processing and shipping.


What if I have already placed an order, what do I do?

Once government COVID-19 safety protocols are lifted, we will resume the production and shipment of orders. Safety is a priority for us, however, know that we will be ready to produce and ship your team’s new Champion looks very soon so you can practice and compete again!


What if I would like to place an order, what should I do?

Our sales team is currently working from home and can assist you with any questions you might have or by placing orders for future production. Please feel free to reach out to our sales team at any time. As a reminder there are multiple ways to contact our remote sales team:

Are you still producing orders, and what are the turn-times now?

As a result of current government COVID-19 protocols, we are required to suspend the production and shipment of orders until the mandates are lifted. Once the government mandates have ended, we will resume the production and shipment of orders to ensure your team can receive their items as soon as possible. For estimated turn-times for your orders please contact your rep.


If I receive an order is it safe to open and use my Champion apparel?

We are extremely committed to your safety and our employee's safety. We have taken the necessary precautions to deter the virus from spreading within our facility and on any of the products we offer. That includes regular deep cleaning, temperature checks for our employees, quarantining areas within our facility, and allowing any product that may arrive internationally time to decontaminate in designated, quarantined areas.

Are you still producing orders, and what are the turn-times now?

In general, still a 2 week turn-time for the majority of our stock products. This is dependent on inventory levels.

UltraFuse and Champion Made orders may experience longer turn-time, please contact us for more information.
